■ Regarding request photography

• Requested photo shoots are held on weekdays, weekends without scheduled photo shoot events, and national holidays.
  Reservations are available starting from a minimum of 2 hours (1 hour = 1 slot).

• Shoots are generally available in the six prefectures of the Kansai region: Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, Shiga, Nara, and Wakayama.
  If the round-trip travel time from JR Osaka Station exceeds three hours, an additional dispatch fee may be charged.
  

• Bookings are available at the base rate for each model plus 1,100 yen per slot.
  

• Additional costs such as photography-related expenses and transportation fees for the model (and one accompanying staff member, if applicable) will be billed separately.

• A staff member will be present only at the meeting and at the end of the shoot.
  Regarding staff accompaniment, as a general rule, we do not accompany you, but
  Please be aware that staff may accompany the shoot in the case of models with little photography experience or due to other circumstances (though they will generally watch from a distance).
  Staff accompaniment and assistance will be charged at 1,100 yen per hour.

• The mode of transportation will be public transit. If you wish to use a taxi, private car, or other means, please consult with the staff in advance.

■Participation Requirements

• You must have participated in a Manacolle photo shoot at least once.
  (If you have participated in few photo sessions, you may be asked to present identification on the day of the requested photo session.)

■Notes

• All costs incurred during the shoot, such as food and beverage expenses and facility admission fees (shoot-related expenses), shall be borne by the photographer.

• The event will be held rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather warnings or stormy conditions, we will consult with you in advance.

• Please note that the cancellation fee after a reservation is confirmed is 100%.

• It may take a few days to reply as it takes time to coordinate schedules for both models and staff. Thank you for your understanding.
• If multiple photographers are shooting, an additional fee of 2,200 JPY per hour will be charged for each additional person.

■Special COVID-19 Participation Conditions

• Please cooperate by taking your temperature the day before and on the morning of the event.
  If you experience a fever of 37.5°C or higher, abnormal taste or smell, a cough, or unusual fatigue, please contact a staff member as soon as possible.

• Before shooting begins, we will have you disinfect your hands with alcohol. For those who have an allergic reaction to alcohol, we will have you wash your hands.

■Application Process

① Please complete the required fields in the “Private Shoot Application Form” below.

② We will send you a confirmation email. Please review the details of your application.

③ At a later date, after coordinating with the model and staff, we will contact you regarding whether the shoot is possible, the model's name, date and time, meeting place, fee, whether staff will accompany you, and other details.

④ If there are no issues with the content, please reply by email indicating your agreement.

⑤ Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your reply agreeing to the above.

⑥ Next, we will issue a payment URL, so please proceed with the payment process. (This also applies to those paying in cash)
