I was actually able to rent the entire area! 😳

The site includes STUDIO PARTITA (live music space),
The former general office building, outdoor space, etc.
There is a lot of space available 🏢

The former general office building, which was four stories tall,
Black Chamber, White Chamber,
Drafting rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors,
An old staircase in the rubble space on the first floor,
There is a foyer and gallery, etc.
I can't cover everything with just one more slot. ☺️
I don't know the total site area anymore, lol.
It will probably exceed 4,000 square meters when everything is combined...

Even outdoors, the red and blue steel frames are exposed.
There are buildings nearby, and the view is fantastic as it overlooks the Kizu River!

Because it was the site of a former shipyard,
This is a unique filming location that gives you the feeling of being in a real ruin. ☺️
It's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Kitakagaya Station on the Osaka Metro!
