Cancellation fees apply from one week in advance.
If you cancel for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee.
Please note that reservations can be made up to 7 hours before each time slot.
*For same-day reservations, if at least one time slot is booked, subsequent slots will be available for same-day booking. To make a reservation, please contact us via the inquiry form, direct message on our official Twitter account, or in person at the reception desk on site. (Payment is cash only.)
*Please note that the organizers may check your outfit. (This is primarily a casual wear photoshoot, so please contact the organizers directly if you are wearing cosplay clothing.)
